The space
Three bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a king bed, dresser, large closet desk and chair. Bedroom 2, has a queen bed, dresser, large windows, closet and night tables. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, dresser and closet. The main floor has a luxurious bathroom with an incredibly comfortable bath, sink and toilet. A cozy dining room next to a well stocked kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. The living room has an L shaped couch, a love seat, 55 inch tv and large windows. On the second floor there is another bathroom with a double shower (yes, two showers!), sink and a toilet. Outside, a large deck with a sectional and a BBQ. In the back yard, there is an in-ground pool and a fire pit.
Guest access
The house is on a crescent near the main road, a close to the center of Brebeuf where there are several antique shops, a bank, a grocery store, the municipal beach and a restaurant. The property has a large driveway that can accommodate many cars. There is a keypad on the front door, an access code will be provided to let you in the house.

There’s a honey farm across the road. The Red River has canoeing and kayaking. Lots of antique stores in the area, a municipal beach, a restaurant, grocery store and bank. Less than fifteen minutes away is St Jovite/Mont Tremblant with many attractions, activities, stores, restaurants, etc.
