We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age of 25 years old. When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Yes, our property is pet-friendly! Please make sure to indicate that you’re bringing a pet when filling out the booking form. A one-time pet fee of $50 per stay may apply.

In addition to high-quality towels and linens, our property is also stocked with essentials such as coffee and tea, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and shower soap/shampoo/conditioner. If you happen to run out of any of these items during your stay, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to provide more, subject to availability and at our discretion.
We may request the names and ages of all additional guests prior to arrival.
Excessive noise, damage to the property, disturbances to neighbours, or any inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
Tampering with or disabling the security cameras and/or Wi-Fi will result in immediate termination of the booking, removal from the property without refund, and a $200 penalty.
If the security cameras or Wi-Fi are not functioning properly, the property may be accessed by management without prior notice or permission in order to resolve the issue.
If you are bringing a pet, please ensure this is disclosed at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
Please note: this is a rural property. As such, insects and wildlife are part of the environment. The region experiences seasonal issues with Asian ladybugs. While we take all reasonable steps to manage them, they are invasive and persistent, and you may encounter some indoors.
Leaves, insects, small animals, or plant debris may occasionally be found in the pool or hot tub. No refunds will be issued for the presence of insects, animals, or natural debris in the house, pool, or hot tub.
